These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products, content, training, and services provided in connection with The Pool Business Playbook ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products — including the Pool Business Playbook, bonus PDFs, and any training access — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.
The primary product is the Pool Business Playbook, a digital PDF of approximately 50 pages, sold for a one-time price of $27 (plus any applicable taxes). Your purchase also includes the bonus job-posting PDFs and a free seat in the Pool Cleaner 0→Hero training, as described on the order page.
These are digital products delivered instantly. After your payment is processed, you receive access to download the playbook and bonus materials right away, and we follow up by email and SMS with your access details. Because the products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that delivery begins as soon as your payment clears.
We stand behind the playbook with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the playbook doesn't help you grow your pool business within 60 days, email support@symbri.com for a full refund. No hoops.
To request a refund, contact us at the email above within 60 days of your purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the playbook and bonus materials for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, or otherwise make the materials available to any third party — whether for free or for payment — without our prior written consent.
The playbook shares one operator's experience and is provided for educational purposes only. It is not a guarantee of income or results. Your results depend on your market, effort, execution, and many factors outside our control. Nothing in the playbook, the training, or any of our communication is financial, legal, or professional advice, or a promise that you will achieve any particular outcome.
All content in the playbook, bonus PDFs, training, website, and related materials — including text, graphics, layouts, and systems — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The license granted in Section 4 does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim. The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [STATE].
